Pick-up at Keflavik International Airport (KEF):  Collect your luggage and look for our driver in the arrivals hall holding a sign with your name. Once you meet our driver, you'll be taken straight to your accommodation.

Pick-up in Reykjavik: Choose your departure time and pickup location. We'll be there promptly with a private vehicle for your convenience. Please wait at the hotel lobby or outside your accommodation.

Important details to note:

• Booking your Airport transfer- Confirmation is immediate. If your plans change you can cancel for free up to 24 hours before your scheduled pick-up time.
• Meeting your driver- You will be met on arrival and taken to your vehicle. Your driver will track the flight, so they will wait for you even if it is delayed. Our driver will wait for up to 75 minutes after your plane lands, ensuring you have ample time without feeling rushed. We prioritize your comfort and convenience.
• Arriving at your destination- Get to your destination quickly and safely- no waiting in line for a taxi, no figuring out public transport.
• Our 1-4 passenger vehicle accommodates up to 3 large luggage items and 4 carry-ons. For more luggage, we recommend our 4-7 passenger cars.
• If you're traveling with infants, please inform us in advance so we can provide an infant seat for added safety and comfort.
