At Easy Transfer, we focus on reliable service, clear communication, and a smooth experience from booking to drop-off. To keep everything straightforward, the following terms and conditions outline how our services work and what you can expect when booking with us.

By using our website, making a reservation, or traveling with Easy Transfer, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to the terms below.

These terms apply to all services provided by Easy Transfer and may be updated periodically. The version in effect at the time of booking will apply to your reservation.

Bookings & Confirmations

All tours and transfers can be booked directly through easytransfer.is or through approved sales channels where Easy Transfer services are offered.

Once your booking is completed, you will receive a confirmation email containing your booking reference and service details. This confirmation serves as proof of purchase and should be kept available on the day of travel. Digital confirmations are fully accepted.

It is your responsibility to review your booking details carefully, including travel date, pickup time, passenger count, and location details. If any information is incorrect, please contact Easy Transfer as soon as possible. Changes may not be possible close to the service date, and Easy Transfer cannot be held responsible for errors made during the booking process.

Passenger Responsibilities

Passengers must provide accurate and complete contact information at the time of booking. This allows us to reach you if there are updates, delays, or changes related to your tour or transfer.

Passengers are responsible for being ready at the agreed pickup location at the scheduled time. Delays caused by late arrival may result in reduced service time or cancellation without refund.

Changes, Delays & Service Adjustments

Easy Transfer reserves the right to modify routes, pickup times, or vehicle assignments if required due to weather conditions, road closures, safety concerns, or other operational factors beyond our control.

While we always aim to deliver the service exactly as booked, Easy Transfer cannot be held liable for additional costs or losses caused by circumstances such as flight delays or cancellations, extreme weather, traffic conditions, natural events, public health emergencies, or other unforeseen situations.

In the event of significant changes, we will make reasonable efforts to notify you and offer a practical solution when possible.

Cancellations & Refunds

Cancellations made up to 24 hours before the scheduled start time are eligible for a full refund. Cancellations received less than 24 hours before the start time are non-refundable, unless otherwise stated at the time of booking.

Travel Agents & Partners

If you are a travel agent, reseller, or online travel platform interested in working with Easy Transfer, please contact us at info@easytransfer.is to request our Partner Terms & Conditions.

Partner agreements override the standard customer terms and are tailored to professional and commercial use.

Liability & Limitations

Easy Transfer is not responsible for personal belongings left in vehicles. While we do our best to assist with lost items, responsibility remains with the passenger.

Our liability is limited to the value of the service booked, except where otherwise required by applicable law. Easy Transfer does not accept liability for indirect losses, missed connections, or expenses resulting from delays outside our control.

Governing Law

These terms are governed by Icelandic law. Any disputes arising from the use of Easy Transfer services shall be subject to the jurisdiction of Icelandic courts.
