What started as showing friends and family Iceland’s most breathtaking spots naturally evolved into building journeys for guests from around the world. As COO, he ensures everything runs smoothly day to day, from logistics and planning to punctuality, safety, and reliability. Outside of work, Dorina is a true art lover who enjoys painting and drawing inspiration from creativity, colour, and Iceland’s raw beauty. Originally from Spain, Sara’s journey into travel and hospitality has taken her across countries, cultures, and languages before bringing her to Iceland. A true travel expert, she speaks Spanish, Catalan, English, Japanese, and French fluently, allowing her to connect naturally with guests from all over the world. Her experience in hospitality and professional driving has taught her how to read people, adapt quickly, and create comfort in unfamiliar places. Passionate about travel and meaningful human connection, she brings curiosity and care into everything she does. Whether behind the wheel or assisting guests, she approaches her work with enthusiasm and a friendly presence.

Gonçalo has been based in Iceland since 2021 and brings hands-on experience as a guide and outdoor professional.
